All you need to mix all the ingredients in a bowl until it is a homogeneous preparation that you can apply smoothly on the skin.
Another combination of ingredients: two cups sugar, one cup coconut oil, 10 drops of rosemary essential oil and three green tea bags. First, open the bags; withdraw the content and just reserve. In a bowl, mix sugar, tea leaves and drops of rosemary oil. Mix well and add coconut oil to the end until it is all well integrated. You can now use it.
